I live in Chiba and its total lack of churches is unreal. I am working here for a year and it can get very lonely sometimes. This morning I decided to try to track down a church where I could go and pray on my own. I haven’t been in a church for 5 years and it looks like it will be another year before I do.

What an awe-inspiring gift to be able to witness ad be a tool by which someone is saved by coming to Christ. May we never take for granted this blessing or shirk this responsibility. Rec’d this link from BZ on the trip and really enjoyed going through the posts and the photos.
It is late Friday night here in Houston (10:45 pm) with 77% humidity. Hope the weather is nice in Chiba City.
Sounds like an unbelievable time you are having. Prayed that you will communicate the gospel to some young leader that God wants to raise up out of that university. A new pastor perhaps? Keep up the good work. Acts 1:8
